  In order to show up in google search results you need to be added to their site index. This usually happens by being scanned by googlebot. It looks like facebook recently signed a deal with google that will allow them to scan public profiles.

  If your profile is private and you just want your profile home to show up, you could try adding your facebook link to another web page that you know is already indexed by google. Presumably, googlebot will scan that page, visit the link to your profile page and add it to the index. A personal website or blog might be useful for this.
